ODC Instructions
Registration and access To complete the ODC profile measurement, you will receive it from yourself, your company, or your companion following your registration with Odin Company - an e-mail to confirm your invitation to ODC. After activation, you will be asked to review and, if necessary, amend and / or correct your personal data. Once you have set your own password, you will be automatically redirected to the ODC home screen. Your password must be at least eight characters and contain at least one digit.

Access to the ODC website is possible via all common web browsers and tablet PCs. Due to the Internet technology used, some older web browsers may experience limitations. This affects Windows machines with Internet Explorer up to version 7 and Mac systems with Safari up to version 5. Thanks to the use of the latest versions, the browsers Chrome and Firefox are best suited. If you have problems, we recommend using the Google Chrome web browser. Start measurement
To start your measurement, select the "Start measurement" button in the menu bar at the top of the screen. A first screen with pictures will appear.
Measurement On the first screen and the following pages you will be asked to make a selection from the pictures shown. When you have made your choice, complete the page by clicking on "Next" in the lower right corner of the page. If you are using a PC, you can enlarge the pictures as needed using the key combination "Ctrl +" or reduce them with the key combination "Ctrl -". On a tablet, you can magnify the view by spreading two fingers or shrinking it by moving it in the opposite direction. Following the pictures you will be presented with 24 competence cards from which you should select ten. The cards are shown to you individually and you can decide if you want to select the respective card. After that, you will see all the cards you have selected and you can customize your selection. You can not complete the measurement until you have exactly ten cards selected. If you have selected more or less cards, you will see it in the lower right corner of the overview. Once you've selected exactly ten cards, you can confirm your selection at the bottom right to get to the final screen.
Completion On the final screen, there is also a field for questions or comments. The editing consultant takes them to the debriefing. Complete the measurement by clicking on "Finish measurement" at the bottom right of the screen and return to the start screen. In the menu bar above you can log out and leave the page.
Further course Depending on which goal you pursue with the ODC, the responsible company / coach / consultant takes care of the further course. In an individual project, a conversation is usually held during which the results are presented to you and explained in connection with your personal question or situation. If the purpose of the measurement is to create a team picture, the debriefing takes place within the plan agreed between the client and the responsible company / coach / consultant. If you have any questions, please contact your supervisor.
Print PDF When directly printing a report from the Safari browser (Apple), it may happen that the top and bottom of the PDF document are not printed. Apple is already working on a solution to this problem. You can work around this problem by placing the cursor in the middle of the bottom of the screen. It will display a box where you can preview without having to download the report directly. The preview can then be easily printed.
Print team pictures via "
Print Chart"Printing team images via" Print Chart "(in the upper right corner of the team images) only works if the content of your browser window fits A4 format. If necessary, reduce your browser window. Alternatively, you can download the image in PNG, JPEG or PDF format.
